black popup info box

Working in FracTracker... On the Explore page, scrolling over a dataset title produces a black information box. However, when there is a lot of info in the box, it extends up under the grey Browse bar, instead of popping to the front of everything (as I think it should). One can manipulate how much one sees by scrolling around in the list, but sometimes the window just isn't tall enough.

    I'll add it to our development queue to see if we can make boxes that are a little more user friendly.
