Marquee Zoom tool gives wrong result

Tried dragging a selection rectangle around New Zealand, but was shown a zoomed in view of Antarctica below South American instead.

    Oddly, it did not happen again when I tried it a second time.

    We're going to continue to try to reproduce the problem. Can you tell us what web browser you were using and what page you were viewing when the problem occurred? Thanks.
