Michael Foster, our biology educator submitted a sample form through the support site that he had completed and that out students will be uploading to Rhiza at the end of the month to begin working with in Community Insight. I wanted to check in and see if the issues with the forms had been resolved and what we have to do on our end to make sure we can get our students forms uploaded. Thanks so much!

Sorry it has taken so long to respond to this request, but it does not contain a detailed enough explanation of a problem that our tech team can resolve. If you could please clarify what issues with forms you have questions about, that would be a great start.
Also, the issue of getting your students forms uploaded is also not specific enough. We have an import feature that I know you have used successfully in the past. If there are specific issues that are preventing you from accomplishing your workflow, please do let us know.
We really want to help you succeed in this project, and giving us more details will help us do that. Thanks!
