Importing Datasets
Hello,
I imported a dataset with address and postal codes of organizations in the City of Calgary. When I tried visualizing the dataset, the locations are not exactly shown on the map. The spreadsheet was saved as a zipped CSV. Is there a particular layout for the spreadsheet? For instance, should I seperate address into seperate categories, like street names, postal codes and city name into different columns? How needs to be done in order to visual the exact location of the organization? I have attached an example of the spreadsheet, please let me know if anything needs to be corrected.
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, our address geocoder only works for US addresses at this time.
However, there is a free resource, http://geocoder.ca/, that will give you address based geocodes. You'll need to add extra columns to your spreadsheet for latitude and longitude. It's an extra step, but will be able to visualize your data by selecting "Select attributes for latitude and longitude points" during import.
