Email notification

A kind of small issue...I can't seem to be able to appropriately toggle the email notification button. Also, I don't know if it would be difficult or not, but it might be nice to be able to set each item individually. For example, I don't really feel the need to be notified every time someone makes a snapshot from my datasets, but I would very much like to know if someone makes a comment.

   The toggle button doesn't seem to be working for me, either. What browser are you using?

   I've added the toggle button and your ideas for email notification to our list of bugs and features.
