Issue updating dataset

I'm trying to update the PA permits dataset (http://data.fractracker.org/cbi/dataset/datasetPreviewPage?uuid=~01...) which I've updated before, but I have a new error message:

"There was a problem importing your data: One of the attribute types in the dataset you uploaded (latitude decimal: text vs. latitude decimal: number) does not match the corresponding source attribute type in the original dataset you chose. Try again. "

I've tried changing this to text in Excel, then back to number, but I keep getting the same error message. Any ideas for getting around this?

   Would it be possible to attach the spreadsheet? It's likely that there is some character in your latitude decimal column that is throwing everything off.

   Thanks Alison. The problem was a "#VALUE!" cell. It uploaded fine after deleting that.
